For a fixed amount per month, or separate instalments, we deal with the preparation of payrolls and social security, as well as any other workplace issue. The following services are included in the work package.
Before starting the activity
- Registration of the company or business in the Social Security for those that will hire any type of worker(s)
After starting the activity
- Employment counseling with frequent information on legislative changes affecting the company.
- Preparation of regular monthly settlements of payroll and social security, TC1 and TC2 and sporadic termination of contract, termination letters, contract termination letter, etc.
- Prepare and process the hiring and firing workers, contracts for general and specialised work, with advice on current legislation for each mode, and registering the aforementioned.
- Manage the parts of hiring and firing, or confirmation of the worker’s disability.
- Settlements of withholdings to personnel from the company, and the annual summary.
- Grant applications for permanent contracts.
- Direct debit of salaries through the bank.
- Representation of the company for the S.M.A.C.
Note: The package does not include protection against the inspection of the work; the amount for this is in function of the hours of work generated.
